All important information about shipping at a glance:

• Processing and production time to dispatch: Please allow us the following times for processing and production of your order up to the time of dispatch.
• Products without individual process: 2-7 working days.
• Products with individual process: 2-10 working days

• Shipment information and times:
• Shipment to the USA: The shipping takes between 3 and 8 business days from the moment they are shipped.
• Shipment to Canada: The shipping takes between 5 and 10 business days from the moment they are shipped.
• Shipment to the rest of the world: The shipping takes between 5 and 15 business days from the moment they are shipped.

• Tracking/tracking number:
• You will receive your tracking number immediately upon completion of production.
• The tracking number takes about 1-3 days to display a status on the tracking page, as the numbers are already included in the system during the preparation of the shipment.
